You can return ALMOST any part bought on OEMMoparPartsExpress.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery. If this is a non-stocking part it is non-returnable. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON OBSOLESCENCE STOCK.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is at least 35% restocking fee charged against all returned parts, plus shipping to return even if Vin # is used.
Parts must be in the original condition/packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical, Vintage, Obsolete, Discontinued, Service and Repair manuals, Custom or Special order products, CD Roms, Auto body parts and fluids are NOT returnable for any reason.
We do reserve the right to refuse any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 5 days of receipt; we will credit within 7 days after receiving return part(s).
Missing, damaged/defective items must be relayed to us within 5 business days of delivery. Retain all boxes and packaging materials - the carrier reserves the right to inspect before approving your claim.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 35% may apply.
