At OEM Mopar Parts Express, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience when purchasing genuine OEM Mopar parts online. Please review our return guidelines carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Parts must be new, unused, and uninstalled
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Parts that have been installed, used, or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Non-stocking / special order parts
- Obsolete or discontinued parts
- Electrical components
- Vintage parts
- Service and repair manuals
- Custom or special-order products
- CD-ROMs
- Auto body parts
- Fluids and chemicals
Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, even if a VIN was provided during purchase
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned part is received and inspected
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Please retain all original packaging materials
- Shipping carriers may require inspection before approving a claim
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment without penalty
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
- If a cancelled item was special-ordered from the manufacturer, a 35% cancellation/restocking fee may apply
